CSS is FABULOUS! It’s a quick and easy way to make your pages look cool and consistent. I STRONGLY recommend that before you start working on your webpage, go to [Free CSS Templates] and download a template that you like. Make a copy of the index.html original so you can reference it later if necessary. Then start messing with the HTML and CSS. You can view these simple pages in a browser without ever having to put them up on the web.
You can alter the CSS, replace images, edit images, and even write your own CSS, making these original FREE templates your own!
I found an interesting article on [Multi-Column CSS Layouts] that includes downloads and explanations. I recommend it.
